My background is hands-on: product, strategy, in-depth technical skill with years of development, and go-to-market. I work directly with founders, BaaS/EMI partners, and technical teams to turn vague “we should launch a neobank” ideas into concrete 30-day demos and 90-day live products that investors and customers can actually use.
